William Porter Chandler was the 94th Most Worshipful Grand Master, serving in 1932. Born on January 25, 1872 and died on June 12, 1951. He is buried in Greenwood Cemetery on Tazewell Pike in Knoxville, Tn. Served as Right Eminent Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery of Tennessee in1918. Managing editor of the Knoxville Tribune. Chief of Police, City judge, postmaster at Knoxville for 9 years. Served in the Tennessee Legislature. First Potentate of Kerbela Shrine Temple. Grand Commander in 1918
